On 10 December 2010 we filed in the Supreme Court of Queensland an application for an injunction. On 16 December 2010 the 'Coordinator-General's Change Report' refused the proposal for the car park. In February 2011 BCC returned with two options to destroy the park-ANZAC Park North and the Dog off-leash area. On 5 April 2011...SAVED!
