"The man who revels in his nickname of "Can-do Campbell" said this week he had a huge to-do list dealing with the floods and seeing through plans to expand Brisbane's tolled road tunnel network."I've got a City Hall (to rebuild), I've got to build the Legacy Way tunnel," he said. "If Legacy Way had been in place last week you wouldn't have had the city half paralysed."
